Canada-based startup Fellow.app enters the crowded talent management space with, what sounds like, a combination of employee feedback, recognition, goal setting and tracking, and pulse surveys. They’ve branded and messaged as the “first software for managers” and drawing self-comparisons to platforms like salesforce.com or Hubspot for sales and marketing functions.

Nothing they’ve spelled out on their website seems to back up their claim of “first,” but many startups enter the space without realizing what a crowded niche they’ve entered. Looking forward to learning more about them if they get some traction.
