BrightHire announced a $20.5M Series B Round of VC funding for its digital interview app. The round was led by O1A. This brings its total raised to $36 million.
BrightHire focuses its message on candidate experience, quality candidate assessment, and diversity, inclusion, and equity in hiring. The digital interview category is crowded with direct and adjacent competitors, all targeting the same value proposition. BrightHire will have to be careful to pick target market segments and customers that can offer them enough addressable market to compete and scale.
